Meet The Campus Pastor
Zach White is a native to Fairfield County. He was born in Lancaster, Ohio, and graduated from Bloom Carroll. Zach spent a brief six months in Los Angeles, California, after high school before transferring to Ohio University where he graduated with two bachelor’s degrees in healthcare administration and a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling. He grew up attending a Methodist church outside of Groveport and was active in the church until he went off to college. Zach recommitted his life to Jesus at the age of 26 and began serving and leading in the local church.
He felt the call to do missions and went on his first mission trip to Haiti with Eastside Vineyard in the summer of 2012 and that was his first exposure to the Vineyard Movement. Zach became a member of Vineyard Columbus in 2014 and started a small group. He also taught middle school Social Studies, Health and College readiness for five years at A+ Arts Academy in Whitehall before leaving to pursue an internship with Vineyard Columbus International Ministries. He then went on to serve as Sawmill Campus Youth Coordinator for two years before accepting a position in the Pastoral Residency Program under our founding pastor Rich Nathan.
Zach, his wife Maressa and their now two-year-old son Isaac, moved to Canal Winchester in 2021 feeling the Lord calling them to the Southeast side of Columbus. Through a long discernment process the Lord spoke prophetically that they would be leading East Campus church and serving the local community. They have a heart for the lost and want to see others restored to know their loving father in heaven.
