John is pastor over our Online Campus. He was integrated into Vineyard Columbus through the first Pastoral Residency Program led by founding pastor Rich Nathan – which began in 2020, right when the COVID-19 pandemic hit and our online community formed.

Prior to this transition, John served as a licensed and ordained minister in the United Methodist Church over churches in the Columbus area. John completed his BS degrees in Finance and Real Estate from The Ohio State University in 2008, and a Master of Divinity degree from the Methodist Seminary in Delaware, OH in 2015. He met Christine, his wife during college and she is a Speech Therapist. They have been married since 2015 and have two kids Anastasia & Abraham. Both are super excited about navigating and organizing a community in the digital space.
