Meet Our Leadership
Eric and Julia Pickerill serve together as our Senior Pastors of Vineyard Columbus.
Eric & Julia co-pastored Vineyard Amsterdam in the Netherlands for seven years before moving to Columbus in 2015. Prior to their time in the Netherlands, Eric pastored Joshua House, a community of twenty-somethings at Vineyard Columbus. They left Ohio in 2008 to lead a church planting team to Amsterdam. While overseas, they started and grew a bilingual church, they helped start the first Sustainable Faith School for Spiritual Direction in Europe, and they transitioned the church to Dutch and international leadership when they returned to the US.
Eric has a BA in Art Education from The Ohio State University and a master’s degree in Theology from Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam. Julia received her BA in English Literature from The Ohio State University and is a trained Spiritual Director.
Eric and Julia have been married since 1993. In their spare time, they enjoy traveling, late-night conversations with friends, and hanging out with family. They have two teenaged kids at home and an adult son living in Colorado, a very hyper dog, and a sphinx cat.
