Vineyard Columbus is committed to being an outpost of the kingdom of God and being a best friend to our city. We will spend the next three weeks exploring who we are as a church and what our mission is as a church family. To find out more about Vineyard Columbus, join us on August 20th for Welcome to Vineyard, where you’ll hear about our history, mission, and vision.

Women’s Summer Series

Wednesday, August 16 | 6:30-8:30pm

Do you ever feel like everything in your world will crumble if you don't manage it: from school to work, friendships to kids, parents to laundry, from caregiving relationships to who feeds the dog? Does it all seem to depend on you? And not only what you have to do... but who you're supposed to be? The way of Jesus interrupts all of that, not denying all that we have to carry, but giving us a way to hold the weight that is full of God's grace, power, and community.

You're invited to a summertime evening of worship, brief interviews about 'real life', encouraging Bible teaching, and extended prayer ministry. There will be snacks and childcare (if you register) included.

Giving

Last weekend’s sermon shared a message on storing up our treasures in heaven from Matthew 6. As part of the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus teaches us a universal spiritual reality that our “hearts follow our wallets.”

A few ways to consider responding to last week’s message are:

  • Prayerfully consider whether you ought to adjust your giving in accordance with God’s provision in your life this past year.

  • If your giving has been inconsistent you can decide TODAY to commit to regular giving at Vineyard Columbus.

  • Elect to cover “processing charges” of 2%-3% whenever you give through Pushpay – each little bit helps your church!
