Join this Wise Guys Series this summer as we think about three aspects of being courageous men of God in this world. Our August topic will be Courage to Serve Create and Cultivate.
We talk about heroes a lot in our day. What is a hero but someone who is willing to step up and into service to another? It takes courage to befriend someone and stick to that friendship. It takes courage to create and cultivate (rather than destroy or tear down) God honoring contributions to this world.
Courage that honors God marches to a different beat. It takes courage to step away from individualism and the American “me first” culture. It takes courage to make a contribution to people around you in the workplace, neighborhood, church and family that impacts lives both here and later.
